Sun Medical Supplies Extended Warranty Program - Terms and Conditions

1. Coverage:

  • The extended warranty program ("the Program") covers eligible medical equipment and devices purchased from Sun Medical Supplies for a specified duration as outlined in the selected warranty tier.
  • Coverage includes repairs, replacements, and maintenance services for covered equipment during the warranty period, subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein.

5. Claims Process:
