L-Mesitran® Soft
• Wound gel containing:
• 40% medical‑grade honey
• Hypoallergenic medical‑grade lanolin
• PEG4000
• Propylene glycol
• Vitamins C and E
• Suitable for all superficial and deep wounds
• Cover with foam, alginate, hydrofiber, or compress dressing
• Replace the gel every 1–3 days
• The honey undergoes gamma sterilization prior to soft bulk
production. However, because the final packaging (tubes, sachets,
and jars) does not undergo a secondary sterilization process, no
sterilization symbol can be applied to the finished product.
